Blended Families Support Program

A 6 week support program for step parents, co-parents and people in blended families.

The program will run for 6 weeks, every Wednesday evening from 7 - 9pm. Dates are July 15th, July 22nd, July 29th, August 5th, August 12th, August 19th.

The program supports individuals navigating blended family dynamics to understand and heal the emotional impact of family transition, while developing hands-on skills for lasting relational change.

Participants are guided through a structured and practical journey, moving from awareness and understanding of their experiences and patterns, to developing new ways of responding that support connection, stability and self-trust.
